We have just received the news that ISPR has been given a "B" by Florida Great Schools! Again, we thank all of you who have helped us to grow and achieve great things our first year! We are confident that we will continue to achieve even greater things this year as we expand our school, implement new and exciting project-based learning, offer extensive field studies and more specials and extracurricular activities. GO LONGHORNS!!!

We are very excited to provide advanced learning opportunities for students capable of moving ahead with their academic content and increased opportunities for critical thinking projects. We are also pleased to announce that we have become a Mote Marine Partner this year! Please make sure you continue to check back here and read our updated newsletter for information regarding registration and try-outs for Fall Sports and Cheerleading! We have added a Music Teacher, a Technology teacher and we will be adding more sports teams/clubs for student participation.

SPRING SAT SCORES HAVE ARRIVED!

Your child's SAT10 results arrived, and we plan to mail them out to families this week. You're also welcome to stop by the office to pick up your child's results on Monday or Tuesday between 8 and 4.

I've calculated the learning gains for this year by comparing each child's baseline score with the end-of-year score. A gain of 1 is equivalent to one year's growth. I'm pleased to announce a school-wide average gain of 1.05 in reading, and 1.04 in math.
